Non-Forced Dispatch

Enjoy non-forced dispatch and a dedicated dispatcher for trip planning, maximizing your earnings. We offer customer and brokered loads, flatbed freight, averaging 3,000–3,500 miles per week, primarily throughout the Midwest.

Lease Purchase Program

Our fleet includes 2020–2026 Peterbilt 567 and 579 trucks powered by Cummins X15 and PACCAR engines, 2020–2026 Freightliner Cascadias with DD15 engines, and 2020–2022 Kenworth T680 models. All trucks are equipped with bunk heaters, refrigerators, and double bunks. Units from 2022 and newer come with a 5-year warranty.

Earn 80% of the gross, with weekly gross revenue ranging from $6,000 to $10,000, allowing drivers to bring home an average of $2,000 to $4,000 per week, with weekly truck payments starting at $499 and four weeks of rent-free trailer use.

The program offers non-forced dispatch, 100% fuel surcharge, and a 1099 lease agreement with a true walk-away option, featuring no down payment, no buyout, and no balloon payments. Drivers are paid via direct deposit every Friday (pay period: Monday–Monday). Additional perks include emailed payroll statements, a pet-friendly and rider policy, referral, safety, clean inspection, performance, and longevity bonuses, inward- and outward-facing dash cameras, and 24/7 dispatch service.
